This is accompanied by an excellent transport network; in addition to the site’s own railway connection and container depot, the motorway is a mere 3 km away, ensuring direct access to 5 capitals, an airport and a seaport, all within 3 hours.
Our sites in Budapest and Hajdúböszörmény have similarly outstanding facilities, allowing the rental of hundreds of square meters of halls equipped with industrial infrastructure, but are also excellent for the expansion of incubator house medium-sized enterprises.
This is an operational site with free capacity both in terms of infrastructure and services. In addition to electricity, natural gas, sewage, drinking and firewater, as well as various gases, vacuum and compressed air are also provided in the pipeline network. Additional amenities include a computer and telephone network, as well as fire alarm, security and camera systems. The portfolio of services includes manned reception at the gate, as well as individual and building-specific security services. A snack bar, a restaurant and medical services are available on site. In addition, tenants have access to EHS, HR, Six Sigma and Lean as well as project support services.
