This is an operational site with free capacity both in terms of infrastructure and services. In addition to electricity, natural gas, sewage, drinking and firewater, as well as various gases, vacuum and compressed air are also provided in the pipeline network. Additional amenities include a computer and telephone network, as well as fire alarm, security and camera systems. The portfolio of services includes manned reception at the gate, as well as individual and building-specific security services. A snack bar, a restaurant and medical services are available on site. In addition, tenants have access to EHS, HR, Six Sigma and Lean as well as project support services. Maintenance and development support, full-scale warehousing and logistics services are available if needed, including express mail, packaging and waste management.

The site’s in-house capabilities are also part of the industrial park service, such as custom corrugated board and label manufacturing, electrostatic powder painting, SMT manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, plastic injection moulding, welding, packaging and more. In addition, the extensive knowledge acquired at an international level and the overall culture characteristic of the site are important factors to consider, as exemplified by the high level of attention paid to EHS and quality (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO / TS 16949: 2009, ISO / IEC 17025).
